The Regional Meetings will be a little different this year as we are a Month late because of the AGM been put back to the 5th of March and the Yearbook launch on the same day, therefore we went with the same qualifiers as we had got in 2020 that we never got to use.
As all shows are aware, we will have some funding for our Shows this year from the Department of Rural and Community Development. Part payment of this funding can be claimed before your show is due to take place. For this to happen a member of your show must be present at this meeting to sign for this funding. Failure to be in attendance, your show will not receive any funding until signed for at the October Regional Meetings. I would appreciate if we could have a full attendance.
This will be a very important meeting for shows to attend because of the major increase in insurance of 25% that we have occurred this year. We need to put some sort of a plan in place now rather than later so that we can control the price of insurance. It is very important that you fill in the insurance form and send it back to me immediately so that I can go ahead and get your policy in place.
